- Approval of the minutes of the August 17, 2015 city council meeting

MOTION by Hawn to approve consent agenda as printed. Seconded by Harden. Approved unanimously. Motion carried.
SECTION II: UNFINISHED BUSINESS Ordinances or resolutions previously tabled
SECTION III: NEW BUSINESS – Ordinances and resolutions for initial consideration
- Resolution 2015-19 – Approving a donation to the Caring for Kids Holiday shopping
MOTION by Hawn to approve a $1000 donation to Huck’s Caring for Kids Holiday shopping. Seconded by Harden. Voting yes: Jenkins, Hawn, Harden, McKinley. Voting no: Testory. Motion carried
- Resolution 2015-20 – Authorizing the expenditure to purchase audio/video recording equipment for the Farmer City Police Department
MOTION by Hawn to approve Resolution 2015-20 – Authorizing the expenditure to purchase audio/video recording equipment for the police department. Seconded by Harden. Voted unanimously. Motion carried.
- Resolution 2015-21 – Authorizing the city manager to seek financing for a pre-owned utility truck
MOTION by Hawn to approve Resolution 2015-21 – Authorizing financing for a per-owned utility truck not to exceed $19,500. Seconded by Harden. Voted unanimously. Motion carried.
- Ordinance 955 – declaring surplus specified personal property
owned by the City of Farmer City
MOTION by Hawn to adopt Ordinance 955 – declaring a 2003 Chevrolet Impala and a 1990 GMC truck as surplus personal property owned by the city. Seconded by Harden. Voted unanimously. Motion carried.
