- Approval of the minutes of the October 5, 2015 city council meeting

MOTION by Hawn to approve consent agenda as printed. Seconded by Harden. Approved unanimously. Motion carried.

- Resolution 2015-27 – Authorizing a $1,000 donation to the Farmer City Chamber of Commerce for the 2015 Christmas Parade
MOTION by Hawn to approve Resolution -2015-27 – Authorizing a $1,000 donation to the Farmer City Chamber of Commerce for the 2015 Christmas Parade. Seconded by Harden Voting yes: Jenkins, Harden, McKinley and Testory. Voting present: Hawn. Motion carried.
- Resolution 2015 – 28 – Farnsworth Group agreement in connection to the Prairie Ridge sidewalks
Motion by Hawn to approve Resolution 2015-28 Farnsworth Group agreement in connection to the Prairie Ridge sidewalks. Seconded by Harden. Voted unanimously. Motion carried.
- Resolution 2015 – 29- $1,000 donation to the Farmer City Garden Club
This resolution approves a donation of $1,000 to the Garden Club to purchase plants, flowers etc. for the planters on Main street and also for city square.
MOTION by Hawn to approve Resolution 2015-29 approving a $1,000 donation to the Farmer City Garden Club. Seconded by Harden. Voted unanimously. Motion carried.
- Approval of a Class A1 liquor license to The Garden House 221 S Main Street
MOTION by Hawn to approve a Class A1 liquor license to The Garden House 221 S Main Street. Seconded by Harden. Voting No: Jenkins, Hawn, Harden, McKinley and Testory. Motion failed
