MOTION by Hawn to approve consent agenda as printed. Seconded by Testory. Approved unanimously. Motion carried.

- Motion to appoint councilmember to fill vacant seat
MOTION by Hawn to appoint Willard McKinley as councilmember to fill vacant seat. Motion died for lack of a second
- Ordinance 960 – Authorizing the acquisition of certain real estate (702 W Water Street)
Motion by Hawn to adopt Ordinance 960 authorizing the acquisition of certain real estate (702 W Water) Seconded by Harden. Voted unanimously. Motion carried.
- Resolution 2016-8 – Authorizing $1,000 donation to the Piatt County Senior Citizen Transportation
MOTION by Hawn to approve Resolution 2016-8 authorizing $1,000 donation to the Piatt County Senior Citizen Transportation. Seconded by Harden. Approved unanimously. Motion carried,
- Resolution 2016-9 – Awarding a bid for the 2016 mowing season
MOTION by Harden to approve Resolution 2016-9 awarding bid to Hammitt Mowing for the 2016 mowing season. Seconded by Testory. Voting yes: Jenkins, Harden and Testory. Voting to abstain: Hawn. Motion carried.
- Resolution 2016-10 – Awarding bid for the 2016 farm season
MOTION by Hawn to approve Resolution 2016-10, award bid to Walsh Farms for the 2016 farm season at $275 per acre. Seconded by Harden. Voted unanimously. Motion carried.
