SECTION I: CONSENT AGENDA
- Approval of the minutes of the June 1, 2015 city council meeting
MOTION by Hawn to approve consent agenda as printed. Seconded by Harden. Approved unanimously. Motion carried.
SECTION II: UNFINISHED BUSINESS Ordinances or resolutions previously tabled

- Executive Session – Open Meetings Act 5 ILCS 120/2 (c ) (11) Litigation-pending, probable or imminent
MOTION by Hawn to close open session and go into executive session. Seconded by Harden. Voted unanimously. Motion carried.
MOTION by Testory close executive session and return to open session. Seconded by Hawn. Voted unanimously. Motion carried.
- RESOLUTION 2015-15 – Farmer City Raceway donation for fireworks
MOTION by Hawn to approve Resolution 2015-15 – $2,000 Farmer City Raceway donation for the annual fireworks to be held Friday July 3. Seconded by Harden. Voted unanimously. Motion carried.
- RESOLUTION 2015-16 – 2015 MFT for maintenance of streets and highways by municipality under the Illinois Highway Code
MOTION by Hawn to approve Resolution 2015-16 MFT for maintenance of streets under the Illinois Highway code. Seconded by Harden. Voted unanimously. Motion carried.
- Ordinance 951 – Cable Franchise agreement
Mediacom Illinois LLC shall pay an annual service provider fee to the City in an amount equal to 3% of annual gross revenues derived from the provision of cable or video to households located within the City.
MOTION by Hawn to adopt Ordinance 951 Cable Franchise Agreement. Seconded by Harden. Voted unanimously. Motion carried.
- Ordinance 952 – Amend Liquor License Ordinance adding Class H – Catering
Class H – A caterer retailer’s license, shall authorize the licensee to serve alcoholic liquors as an incidental part of a food service that serves prepared meals which excludes the serving of snacks as the primary meal, either on or off-site whether licensed or unlicensed. The semi-annual fee shall be $200 and also may purchase a Sunday sales option for an additional $50.
MOTION by Hawn to adopt Ordinance 952 Amend liquor license Ordinance adding Class H – Catering. Seconded by Harden. Voting Yes: Jenkins, Hawn, Harden, Testory. Voting No: McKinley. Motion carried.
