1. Approval of the minutes of the July 6, 2015 city council meeting

MOTION by Testory to approve consent agenda as printed. Seconded by McKinley. Approved unanimously. Motion carried.

SECTION III:                                    NEW BUSINESS – Ordinances and resolutions for initial consideration

1. Executive Session – 5 ILCS 102/2 (c ) (3) The purchase or lease of real property for the use of the public body

MOTION by McKinley to close open session and go into executive session. Seconded by Testory. Voted unanimously. Motion carried.

MOTION by McKinley to close executive session and return to open session. Seconded by Testory. Voted unanimously. Motion carried

2. Resolution 2015 – 17 – Enter into a lease agreement with the Farmer City Fair Association

No action taken.
