SECTION I: CONSENT AGENDA
- Approval of the minutes of the January 5, 2015 city council meeting

MOTION by Hawn to approve consent agenda as printed. Seconded by Pearl Approved unanimously. Motion carried.
SECTION II: UNFINISHED BUSINESS Ordinances or resolutions previously tabled
SECTION III: NEW BUSINESS – Ordinances and resolutions for initial consideration
- Ordinance 945– Ordinance amending Section 110.16 of the Code of Farmer City. This ordinance will add a Class G license: which shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic liquor by the drink not in package form. To be eligible for this class of license the licensee must be a duly constituted educational, fraternal, civic, religious or veteran organization and a tax exempt organization under the Internal Revenue Code. The semiannual fee shall be $250.
MOTION by Pearl to adopt Ordinance 945 Amending Section 110.16 of the Code of Farmer City. Seconded by Hawn. Voting yes: Hawn and Pearl. Voting to abstain: Jenkins. Motion Carried
- Ordinance 946 – An ordinance terminating the Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment project area number one of the City of Farmer City, Illinois and related matters. The adoption of this ordinance will dissolve the special tax allocation fund for the Redevelopment Project Area (TIF 1)
Motion by Hawn to adopt Ordinance 946 Terminating TIF #1. Seconded by Pearl. Voted unanimously. Motion carried.
