SECTION II: UNFINISHED BUSINESS–Ordinances or resolutions previously tabled.
- Ordinance 991 – Ordinance authorizing the City to enter into an agreement with Area Disposal for residential refuse and recycling
- Ordinance 987 – Amended garbage Ordinance
SECTION III: NEW BUSINESS–Ordinances and resolutions for initial consideration.
- Adoption of Ordinance 990 – An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Refunding bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2017, of the City of Farmer City, DeWitt County, Illinois, providing the details of such bonds and for an alternate revenue source and the levy of direct annual taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on such bonds, and related matters
- Resolution 2017-44 Amending Resolution 2001-16 Drug and Alcohol Abuse policy
- Approval to waive the bidding process and hire G.A. Rich & Sons for the Depot Road Lift Station in the amount of $31,300
- Approval to waive the bidding process and hire Gasvoda & Associates for the Prairie Ridge Lift Station in the amount of $65,324
