SECTION I CONSENT AGENDA
The following items will be adopted on a single motion without discussion unless a council member requests separate consideration.
- Approval of the minutes of the January 23, 2017 regular city council meeting
- Fund Warrant List
SECTION II: UNFINISHED BUSINESS–Ordinances or resolutions previously tabled.
SECTION III: NEW BUSINESS–Ordinances and resolutions for initial consideration.
- Ordinance 975 – Increasing the number of Class F liquor licenses. Class F authorizes the retail sale of alcoholic liquor by the drink for consumption only on the licensed premises where it is sold.
- Resolution 2017-4 – Authorizing the city manager and the water superintendent to enter into an agreement to purchase of a 2004 GMC utility work truck
- Resolution 2017-5- $5,000 donation to the Illinois Rowing Association
- Executive Session – Personnel to discuss appointment, employment, compensation, discipline and/or performance of specific employee (s) pursuant to Section 2 (c ) (1) of the Open Meetings Act 5ILCS 120/2 (c ) (1)
