Jim Tobin being presented a certificate of appreciation by the council for his dedicated and conscientious service as an Ambassador of Farmer City while serving as Vice President of the Illinois Chapter of Future Farmers of America June 2011-June 2012.
Officer David L. Ballard received a certificate from the Illinois Department of Transportation in recognition of his efforts contributing to highway traffic safety for having issued 1,000 speeding citations.
Police Chief Andrew M. Denno received an achievement Award from the Illinois Department of Transportation in recognition of his efforts contributing to highway traffic safety for having made 50 DUI arrests.
