UPDATED: Some groups were not able to make the earlier scheduled date time, so we have rescheduled the Blue Ridge Facility Rental Meeting to Sept. 16 at 6:30 p.m. in the BRHS Teacher’s Workroom – off of the main office area.
As part of the Blue Ridge District Facility Use Policy, potential renters are required to meet with the Athletic Director or Principal for the building to go over specific building related items, expectations, equipment needs and usage. In order to meet this requirement we have scheduled a meeting for Wednesday, September 9 at 5:30 p.m. in the BRHS Library. If you or someone you know is planning on renting any of the district facilities this year, please pass this information along to them.
Please note that we are trying an earlier 5:30 p.m. meeting time this year. If this is not a workable time for a potential renter, please call us right away to let us know.
