SECTION I: CONSENT AGENDA
A. Approval of the minutes of the April 2, 2012 city council meeting

MOTION by Monaghan to approve consent agenda as printed. Seconded by Hawn. Approved unanimously. Motion carried.
SECTION II: UNFINISHED BUSINESS Ordinances or resolutions previously tabled
SECTION III: NEW BUSINESS – Ordinances and resolutions for initial consideration
1. Resolution 2012-14 – Adopting the 2012-2013 budget
The City held a work session on Saturday, April 14, 2012 to discuss the budget.
MOTION by Hawn to approve Resolution 2012-14 – adopting the 2012-2013 budget. Seconded by Pearl. Approved unanimously. Motion carried.
2. Resolution 2012-15 – Awarding TIG 1 grant to Richard Zeigler
520 N. Main Street
The TIF 1 committee met on Thursday, April 12, 2012 to discuss the application for TIF funds for 520 N. Main. The committee recommended paying 50% of the total cost of the project.
MOTION by Monaghan to approve Resolution 2012-15 awarding TIF 1 grant to Richard Zeigler not to exceed $2467.50. Seconded by Harden. Voted unanimously. Motion carried.
SECTION IV: OTHER ITEMS
1. City manager reports.
400-500 block of South Main street water main project is wrapping up.
Water superintendent Mitch Yeadon will be working on a fire hydrant flushing schedule.
City wide clean up with be held on Thursday, May 3, 2012. A Saturday clean up day was also discussed.
Swimming pool concession area is finished. The pool will be drained in the near future and clean up will begin for the 2012 season

ADJOURNMENT Motion by Monaghan to adjourn meeting. Seconded by Pearl. Voted unanimously. Motion carried.
