How do I Report Power Outage?

Please call the Power Plant at 309-928-3421 or 309-928-3412 after hours.
Disconnected for Past-Due Payments?
If your service is disconnected for nonpayment, you may make your payment online at https://farmercityil.ourcommunityconnect.com/
To be eligible for same-day reconnection, you must pay:
All past-due fees
The $75 reconnect fee
By 7:00 PM on the day of disconnection
Important: Accounts are monitored for payments only until 7:00 PM on the scheduled disconnection day. Payments made after 7:00 PM will not be monitored for same-day reconnection.
Once your payment has been confirmed, your service will be reconnected. There is no need to call and notify us that your payment has been made.
